Not the Same as they used to be...

Sorel Caribou Boot - Women's

I have bee wearing Sorel Caribous for 30 years. They are a mainstay in my wardrobe here in Telluride, Colorado. One of my secret pleasures is getting a new pair, I recently received a pair and couldn't get them on since the liner was so tightly sewn together all the way to the top with some material with very little stretch, also the liner was a lot thinner than my old ones. Then I compared the boot sole to sole with my old boot and these were wider and an 1 1/2" longer. I realize the boots are made in China now and not Canada and I do appreciate the new styles Sorel has come out with - I just miss my old Sorels with the thick liners, lug soles and snug fit. Unfortunately I am returning these and looking for some on Ebay from canada!!

No it does not come with a power strap but you can add a Booster Strap which is even beer. Booster Straps are available at ski shops and on line.

Review Title

Lange Comp 60 Team Boot - Kids'

Great price on a great kids boot. My kids have narrow feet and Lange is a good fit for them - The 60 flex allows them to flex the boot properly in order to get the most out of the ski. They are alpine racers and this boot with its great fit and four buckles is perfect for your little racer. I was super happy to find these boots on Backcountry at a great price and fast delivery.
