Contacted Backcountry and they were great. They immediately offered a replacement fairing and the issue was resolved without a return. I was assured that they do not send out open-box products without that fact already noted and that my case was a mistake. My previous review was premature and I should have based my rating on the product alone. Good product and Backcountry sets an example more companies should follow.

Great popduct and works as promised. The sound level is noticeably quieter. The 52" fits Chev Tahoe just right and the PRODUCT gets 5 STARS.
However, I received a fairing that had obviously been sold, installed, and then returned. The parts were bent/worn with blemishes to the fairing itself. The product was useable and I chose not to deal with a return. I should have gotten an open-box discount.

Wore it all of last season in Tahoe. Not one issue and looks as cool as a guy in a helmet can look.

I ordered a medium and it was still loose. Usually wear a large for normal fit and a medium for tight. This is definitely not one of the form-fitting-type undershirts. Good shirt though!

One of the best-made packs out there!! Osprey clearly cares about quality... and function to boot! Fabric and stiching quiality is well above any other pack I've owned. Well thought out and functional pack. Love the way every zipper pull is easily worked with a gloved hand.

If your feet get hot, this is the shoe for you! Nice, very lightweight, casual shoe with serious ventilation. I usually wear a size 9, ordered a 9, and they fit great.
