I bought recently 3 pairs of CW-X ventilatior tight because of a serious problems with legs and hips.
I was involved in a car accident and I informed my doctor conerning the CW-X compression tights.
He prescribed me 3 pairs which I wear evry day and take 85% of my pain aways. They are more then great for knees allignement, excellent compression for hip and lower back and give a really good feeling when you wear them.

I have the same idea then you, but all men don't have slender athletic waist.
I ask if it was possible to have what you call: "Low Rise at waist". With low rise we will be more confortable then having to pull it down.
If you go with compression pants, that because we want to fell great in it.

Just to let you know thaT I order expert tight-women's size small because small for men were too large.
I hope that your designer will produce that kind of size As for the confort in expert tight it is wonderful, and I had all the proofs be but with a contour pouch for men, We are not always the same size and for me small for men is really too large.cause I had a car acident and I had to wear some elastic bandage around my right knee and tigh , since I bought those tights, it's calming down the pain and be able to walk a longer distance without taking less drugs for pain.
And also it was prescribe by doctors and the ways that those gears are design it is consider as medical devices.

I bought 2 pairs of Stabilyx tights a month ago. I ordered one pair for man small, but I feel the compression was not what I required, I reordered small for woman and I find out it fit perfectly and bring all satisfaction to help me in my exercises.
