Is the hood designed to fit over a helmet? If it doesn't then that would probably be annoying to wear this jacket as a layer under a shell and put the shell's hood on but not be able to put on this product's hood. It might even render the helmet sized hood on the shell useless.

Unless I am mistaken, the picture for this product displays the basket in the improper position. The basket is meant to be used with the teeth looking things (I don't know their name) toward the front of the pole. A picture of the proper position can be found on the BD website.
