Would be perfect with yellow lenses

Spy Soldier Goggle - Bronze Lens

Spy Soldier Goggle - Bronze Lens

Rating for this product: 4 February 20, 2008

I got these for a recent trip to Steamboat during an incredible storm that dropped a ton of powder. They were great - no fog, great visibility, comfy fit.

Would be ideal if they had yellow lenses for the contrast in powder, but I haven't been able to find them anywhere.

Otherwise, awesome.

Warm, dry, excellent fit

SmartWool Snowboard Light Sock

SmartWool Snowboard Light Sock

Rating for this product: 5 February 20, 2008

This is all I ask for in a sock and it delivered. Not too elastic-y, which I had problems with on other socks, where I had to dig the elastic ribbing out of my shins at the end of the day.

These are soft, fit well and kept my feet warm and dry.

LOVE.

CW-X Sport Support Bra - Women's

CW-X Sport Support Bra - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 February 20, 2008

Pros: + Keeps C cup boobs from bouncing all around during runs. + Consistent support even on long runs (1 hour+). + Easy on/off - not SO tight that I strangle myself trying to pull it over my head.
Cons: - Kind of leaves your boobs droopy looking. Perhaps that's just how they are these days?

Burton AK 3L Static Jacket - Women's

Burton AK 3L Static Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 February 6, 2008

I bought this jacket to go with the coordinating pants (AK 3L Static Pant)so that I could take advantage of the Link ZIP feature and hopefully not take on a truckload of snow every time I tossed a cartwheel.

So, so worth it.

I might have spent a little more than I'd wanted for this jacket/pant combo, but I can say that in chilly conditions (9 degrees, wind, snow, deep powder) I was warm, dry and totally comfortable all day long. Even with repeated cartwheels which I maintain were due to the low visibility and not my haphazard method of descending the back side of the mtn in Steamboat.

For any rider who's tired of having an icy ass at the end of the day, this is your rig.
