Just bought another one

Stoic Breaker Fleece Hooded Jacket - Men's

Stoic Breaker Fleece Hooded Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 30, 2011

Bought the blue/yellow a while back, and used on the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. Was perfect for the upper elevations when needing a bit of warmth and wind protection (icebreaker tee underneath) while trekking, for all but the coldest and windiest sections. Great for lounging too, and can be layered above and below easily.
I bought the second because it is so comfortable, I wanted a black one that would be a bit more casual. I mean really comfortable. The material is so lightweight and super soft and lofty feeling inside, while smooth and resistant outside. Perfect amount of stretch. Good for biking around in the cold too, breathes great.
Few threads on the arm of mine are getting fuzzy, but nothing major, only complaint, but its seen use.
Have become a big fan of more than a few stoic items.

Blurr Alfa Pant - Men's

Blurr Alfa Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 September 2, 2011

Really like the stretch cotton material..but thes things are super long and baggy, so i returned them. normally wear a 32" inseam and with my shoes on, these things bunch up like crazy, and have a really wide leg to them, very gangsta looking. so if you are long legged or like that super baggy look, go for it cuz the material is great.

Honey Stinger Protein Bars - 20g - 12 Pack

Honey Stinger Protein Bars - 20g - 12 Pack

Rating for this product: 2 May 17, 2011

I wont argue these are better than a lot of those nasty protein bars out there but they are WAYYYY over hyped here and are far from great tasting. As a protein bar they do the trick and are palatable.
If you really want a delicious protein bar, get Clif Builders bars. Better than many candy bars and snack bars (chocolate mint is phenomenal). Wont be getting these again unless i cant grab a Clif.

Stoic Luft Hoody Insulated Sweater - Men's

Stoic Luft Hoody Insulated Sweater - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 February 3, 2011

Super comfy and warm. Really like the styling over some other synth micro puffys. Got the black/deep version, and it looks killer. Its more of a grey/blue/teal accent, much more subdued than in the photo per backcountry, and looks slightly duller than the user loaded pic too (but its a much better representation). With the blizzard of 2011 upon us, i have really been staying warm...10 degrees with a fleece and microweight wool longsleeve underneath, couldnt care less about the weather with it on (i honestly think i could wear this with a t-shirt and prob be ok outside with minimal wind, at the same time our office is 55 degrees so im still wearing the aforementioned layers and am just fine as i typer this). May need to figure out a warmer pant situation though.
Fit is spot on, 5'11" 190, slightly muscular build, wearing a large. I wear a large in most outerwear and this is no exception, but I dont go very baggy on stuff, so you might size up if thats your thing.

Lightweight

Stoic LTWT Sleeping Pad - Short

Stoic LTWT Sleeping Pad - Short

Rating for this product: 5 November 8, 2010

Thing packs down smaller than the accompanying compression straps can even handle, awesome. Coming from a therm-a-rest trail light (full length), so this is a nice upgrade in the size and weight dept, though the material isnt quite as burly feeling (not something i take issue with though). seems plenty comfy (1" vs my prior 1.5") but i have only used it once car camping and on an improved surface campsite so far, only had it a week so i cant say that for sure. Really a fan of the dimensional/weight savings of the short length pads now that ive gotten this, im 5'11 and keeps me off the ground down to my knees easily which is plenty for comfort, might bring along my full length for really cold temps. came with a patch kit too

Norrøna Lofoten Warm 2 Fleece Jacket - Men's

Norrøna Lofoten Warm 2 Fleece Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 September 7, 2010

while i wont need it for a few months, i can tell ill love it, super warm, soft, and quality. Cant speak to durability but it seems well constructed. Looks like itll be perfect for the outdoors and the indoors. Note, the blue is a bit brighter teal color than seen here. Looks very nice though, especially the texture. Side paneling lookd a bit off, but really aids arm mobility. Sizing is on the smaller side.

Norrøna Lofoten Warm 2 Fleece Jacket - Men's

September 7, 2010

Its on the smaller side of the spectrum, but for layering id say its fairly true to size if you have an average build...if you prefer a looser fit size up as it is somewhat fitted and has no elasticity around the waist...im 5'11" 185 and generally wear a large in performance type of clothing, large fits great

Sanuk Crag Technical Sandal - Men's

Sanuk Crag Technical Sandal - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 June 2, 2010

Sandals are dope. Texture and design of the straps is that perfect line between classy and beach, and they stay on much better than normal slides do. Cant comment on the stickiness of the sole so much, but ive put em thru their paces in standard flip flop life, and theyve been great. Favorite pair of flip flops ever boughten evarrr.

ExOfficio Give-N-Go Sport Brief - Men's

ExOfficio Give-N-Go Sport Brief - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 June 2, 2010

i reviewed the boxer briefs already (awesome) but i got a pair of these for wearing with board shorts (never been a fan of dangling my junk all over). These are perfect for unlined board shorts, lower cut than the others, quick drying, keep the goods in place. little snugger than the others (they are supposed to be, and it isnt much), but plenty of stretch for lil buddy.

The North Face Paramount Convertible Pant - Men's

The North Face Paramount Convertible Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 2 April 22, 2010

Like the look, but the pocket layout on these are horrible. Fit was good, material seems decent. But technically, the pockets are horrible, wont use them the way they are located on the front of the thigh (cargo and side pocket), stuff falls down to knee level and gets super bunched up, have to reach in to damn near your elbow.
