Starting around the Chesapeake, up to the North Shore, out to Ohio and down to Clearwater... -
Bio:
This picture is of my favorite place on Earth, though it will all come to an end if the private island is opened up to so-called "eco-tourism."
I love to saltwater fish and kayak, though don't get out nearly as often as I want to...
I live and work in Maryland, but visit friends and family all up and down the East coast. My job keeps me outdoors all summer long, helping manage a sports stadium facility.

Use your real name to add some legitimacy to your content. Real names mean real community, and real community means real knowledge. Gear Gurus who use their real names get bumped up 1.5x for each contribution - you deserve the credit. For more info check out the Help Center.
This is how you compare to all the other Gear Gurus on Backcountry.com. You earn one point for each list / review / question / answer / gear photo / comments / votes you contribute. You gain an extra point every time someone gives one of your contributions a thumbs up, but you lose a point for every thumbs down. Eagle Creek Truist 55L Pack - Women's
December 9, 2010
I have the same question as Kristen. I've heard that only 50L or smaller bags are sized for airline carryons. This one is listed at 55L... Does anyone know if this bag meets carryon restrictions?
