This is by far my favorite shirt. I wear it to the office over my oxfords, running in colder weather, and whenever I can on the weekends. It's warm enough for early morning runs, but breathes well when you're warmed up. I bought two from SAC and would love to add a few more to my collection. I'm an atheletic 5'8" - 170lbs and the medium is a perfect fit.
