Pant Gators

Stoic Bombshell Bib - Men's

Stoic Bombshell Bib - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 November 22, 2010

I've had my Stoic Bibs for a season now. I like the waterproofing on them. Bib works pretty good. Really like the neon trim on the black ones. I would like to see the vents be longs and open wide. They are always hot skining or hike verses my other pants. Also the Gators on these bibs suck! They have a slick smooth plastic material at the cuff. Which slides right off a ski boot. Also there is No way to tighten the Gators if its to big. These are from last year, Hope they made some changes this year.

Brunton keep my ipod, gps, & camera rolling on a week long trip

Brunton Solo Personal Power Plant

Brunton Solo Personal Power Plant

Rating for this product: 5 September 28, 2010

Did a solo 5 day trip into Salt Creek in the Needles in Canyonlands NP. I have the 6 watt solar panel and a 3.4 ppp. They both worked great. I was able to attach the solar panel to the back of my pack. So I could charge the battery during the day and still be covering ground. On my two days at SC 4 camp site. I was able to let the panel and battery charge all day. Then hook up whatever device needed some juice and charge it over night. A must have for any serious backpacker. I'm going to get some more Batteries

The North Face Tadpole 23 Bx Tent 2-Person 3-Season

The North Face Tadpole 23 Bx Tent 2-Person 3-Season

Rating for this product: 5 March 13, 2009

Have had this tent since 04. It is a great tent! I agree with tony about it being a tight two person tent. So you better like that person alot, cause your going to have a lot of face time in this tent. For the weight and size this is a great solo tent. Hike in the unitas and southern utah alot. and this tent has never done me wrong. ahve had to replace a couple poles. But that was cause of 70 Plus gust of wind on the white rim trail in canyonlands. Saw a tent fly away that night. Mine just bent to the ground. NFT was super cool on replacing the poles. Bottom line its a great tent

Awesome AT bindings

Black Diamond Fritschi Diamir Freeride Plus Binding

Black Diamond Fritschi Diamir Freeride Plus Binding

Rating for this product: 5 March 9, 2009

Got the bindings last winter. Have to say they have rocked a 70 plus winter last year and are still killing it this winter. I know the they don't have as a high din setting as the marker duke bindings. But the ablitly to take my skins off at the top of the climb and switch from walk mode into ski mode without having to take the ski off in deep powder is a HUGE plus!!

Big Agnes Lost Ranger Sleeping Bag: 15-Degree Down

Big Agnes Lost Ranger Sleeping Bag: 15-Degree Down

Rating for this product: 5 March 9, 2009

I've had this bag since 06. Its great. You do have to be careful about which type of pad you use, depending on the temps. But It pack super small and is so light for a 15 degree bag. I also love the sleep pad sleeve. Since I've had this bag, I've never slipped off this bag.

The North Face Nuptse Down Jacket - Men's

The North Face Nuptse Down Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 March 9, 2009

I got this jacket at the end of last winter. This is an awesome dow. I've got the best use out of it for backpacking, in the high unitas or in southern utah. its great for a solid layer at night. And it makes a great pillow for your sleeping bag! It also packs down super small!! The only down side is the jacket is found was a xxl, so its abit big for me, but still a great dow jacket

Rating for this product: 5 February 18, 2009

I love my Montbell Ultralight Down jacket! This jackets great for the ski touring I do in the wasatch. After a long skin. Just pop this bad boy on to keep the chill away while your getting ready for the ski down. And on super cold days, just rock this guy as a layer under a shell. And your super toasty warm!! I love this jacket. Only draw back is it is made in china!
