Spyder Spark Dry W.E.B. Midweight Pullover - Women's

Spyder Spark Dry W.E.B. Midweight Pullover - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 February 16, 2009

Just returned from my ski trip and loved this jersey. I wore it over a thin base layer and the seams were not an issue at all. It looked great and had no velcro issues as mentioned in other review.

The North Face Dogpatch Short - Men's

The North Face Dogpatch Short - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 December 3, 2008

These are nice-looking shorts, but if you are between sizes, definitely order down, not up! My husband wears 33 waist pants so I ordered 34. They are huge on him. Plan to exchange for a 32 since fabric & quality look great.

My favorite city shorts

The North Face Mendocino Short - Women's

The North Face Mendocino Short - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 December 3, 2008

Love these shorts. Nice weight fabric which never needs ironing if pulled out of dryer promptly. Look great for tooling around town. Run true to size. In the day of oversized clothes I have to order a 6 in some brands, but these are a true 8 and fit perfectly.

Great fit - runs true to size. Heavy weight fabric which wears great. Short enough for active adventures without being too short. Love 'em!

Foot Squeeze

Five Ten Siren Lace-up Climbing Shoe - Women's

Five Ten Siren Lace-up Climbing Shoe - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 October 3, 2008

Well everyone says climbing shoes aren't comfortable, but I found the foot squeeze in these to be too much. I had taken advice from other reviews and ordered an 8 for my 7.5 feet, but still didn't think I could wear them long enough to climb. I ordered a pair of Mythos from Backcountry for my Colorado climbing trip and loved them for my 5.7 to 5.9 sport & trad climbs - they are great shoes!

Awesome shoes

La Sportiva Mythos Climbing Shoe - Women's

La Sportiva Mythos Climbing Shoe - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 October 3, 2008

I tried on at least 8 different types of shoes before choosing Mythos. They are very comfortable and did not even start to rub any blisters on my heels. They also held the rock very well for smearing and edging for my beginner climber needs. I used them in Colorado for 5.7-5.9 climbs and loved them!

Great looking

Scarpa Thunder Climbing Shoe - Women's

Scarpa Thunder Climbing Shoe - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 October 3, 2008

These shoes look great, but I found the heel to be too high and too stiff. I could tell they were going to rub blisters very quickly. I had hoped they would feel better since their description emphasizes comfort. I went with the La Sportiva Mythos instead and loved them for my 5.7-5.9 climbs in Colorado. They smeared & held edges great and never gave me any discomfort.
