Perfect for Running/Cycling but not much else

Marmot Driclime Vest - Women's

Marmot Driclime Vest - Women's

Rating for this product: 3 November 8, 2009

This is an excellent vest for just a *very* thin extra layer of protection when cycling or running or anything active. It's lightweight. There is no bulk, so it's perfect for throwing in a pack. What does not come across in the photos is how THIN it is. The material is very very (very) thin. So, if you're looking for a vest for a walk around town, this probably isn't the best option.

Perfect if not so short

The North Face Windwall 1 Fleece Vest - Women's

The North Face Windwall 1 Fleece Vest - Women's

Rating for this product: 2 October 30, 2009

I'm 5'4" - petite. The Small is a bit too roomy under the arms and in the chest (I'm a B cup). The XS is perfect in every way EXCEPT it could use another 1" of fabric in the front. I can't believe how short the length is. I have another style NF vest and it does not have this problem. I don't understand the whole point of a windwall vest if the wind can sail right in under the front.
