I'm 32 and an Avid outdoorsman, and love to be outside. I prefer the mountains, but live in the plains... go figure. Regardless, I love to surf on the ocean and the mountain. I enjoy hiking with my wife and dog.

Great all around shades

Kaenon Rhino Sunglasses - Polarized

Kaenon Rhino Sunglasses - Polarized

Rating for this product: 5 November 7, 2008

These sunglasses are the best I've ever owned. They are durable and scratch resisitant while providing outstanding clarity and protection from the sun. I have the black g12's and they fit and feel perfect. I'm a bigger guy and have a good size schnoz, but they look and fit my face perfectly. I love the look and feel whether I'm hiking, at the beach or travelling. Best sunglasses I've owned and worth the money. I've owned REVO's and Bolle's and they don't hold a candle in durability and performance.

The board for "us"

Capita Black Death Inc. Wide Snowboard

Capita Black Death Inc. Wide Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 November 7, 2008

I'm 6'3" and weigh a hefty 220lbs. Not your typical snowboarder, and a big dude. I love to carve Pow and hit some tree runs here and there, I just love carving down the mountain, but always hated the fact that my 13's would drag. My first "real" board was a Capita Bartek 164 and I loved it. I rode a Never Summer Legacy 166 and it's a great board, but it wasn't a Capita. It just feels good, fits my vibe. Capita gets it.

Great Pants

Sessions Gridlock Pant - Men's

Sessions Gridlock Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 November 7, 2008

I love these pants and they fit great. I wear a size 36x34 normally, and the XL's fit great. they really though of everything on these pants. good pockets and piece of mind of the Recco reflector. The pants are baggy enough to wear shorts underneath or long underwear. Very comfy and keep you dry for the day.

Great winter hat

Mountain Hardwear Dome Perignon Beanie

Mountain Hardwear Dome Perignon Beanie

Rating for this product: 5 January 2, 2008

This hat has a great fit and maintains its warmth and windproof nature even while being active. This is a great hat for hiking, walking, shoveling, walking the dog in a snowstorm. It does keep the wind out, and in doing so makes it difficult to hear with it on at times, but wouldn't change the rating because of it. Great hat, fairly true to size and keeps you warm
