Therm-a-Rest Prolite 3 Sleeping Pad

Therm-a-Rest Prolite 3 Sleeping Pad

Rating for this product: 5 October 17, 2008

This is an awesome pad! I bought the short version that only provides up to the waist. Im 6 foot and the pad provided enough support for my body for a wonderful "Restless" sleep. Not only it is great for many nights, but it works fantastic for a one nighter because this can fit right into a day pack! If one is looking for "THE PAD" this is the one!

Great for the price

Black Diamond Contour Elliptic Shock Trekking Pole

Black Diamond Contour Elliptic Shock Trekking Pole

Rating for this product: 5 October 17, 2008

Now that on used these poles for a long time:I bought this poles for my backpacking through the AT. The poles let my arms give me more momentum and a greater "push". They also gave my legs a break which was very important. The shocks were what I was looking foward to and I was not disappointed. Works great on holding up a shelter too. I love how they came about on rocks; I did not feel a thing. This is a buy and one will not be sorry.

Princeton Tec Apex Pro Headlamp

Princeton Tec Apex Pro Headlamp

Rating for this product: 5 October 17, 2008

This little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine! This will not fail anyone. It has been through the worst nights that one can imagine. It's my shinning star. I used this for backpacking and camping. It was great for hands free. The battery lasted a descent amount of time. It works even as good as a spot light. I managed to catch rocky and the gang where I was camping with my light. Get this lamp! DON'T BE DULL, BE BRIGHT!!!

Great 2ish season bag

Lafuma X 650 Pro Sleeping Bag: 40 Degree Synthetic

Lafuma X 650 Pro Sleeping Bag: 40 Degree Synthetic

Rating for this product: 4 October 17, 2008

This bag is very compact and light weight. It stuffs down to a size of a nalgene bottle. It saves a lot of room and weight to your backpack. The bag can even fit into one's day pack. Im 6 foot and the bag was perfect for me. My only problem was that I woke up very cold in my tent. The temp was around in the mid 40's when I was awaken. I used this bag over the summer and it turned out to be great. What was pretty cool when it rained the bag still kept me warm in the summer and dried quickly. If one is looking for something light for the spring, summer, and fall mounths get this bag. But wear a thermal underneath in cooler temps.

"Rolex" watch

Freestyle USA Hammerhead Dive Watch

Freestyle USA Hammerhead Dive Watch

Rating for this product: 5 October 17, 2008

This is a sexy watch. I bought this watch for my dad because he need something that was tough and rugged for work outside. He loves the watch and especially the backlight. Yes, the backlight works well underwater too! The face isn't really that large but works well enough for a 6 foot man. The band doesn't stretch but its made out of a rubber material. Be free and go freestyle!!

Yo iderrick the band is NOT stretchy, but it does well for a cheap diving watch down to 660ft. If you are looking for a diving watch, try Invicta watches.

Rating for this product: 5 December 18, 2007

I bought this boot for the last 3 years. It keeps my feet very warm, even sitting down! They are light and the traction is great! This is the boot that one has to rely in wet, cold, and snowy conditions. I would continue on buying these boots every single year!
