DAKINE Poacher Backpack - 2300cu in

November 11, 2009

I have a heli pro and poacher and use them both frequently for backcountry snowboarding and splitboarding. I prefer the heli pro for half day trips and use the poacher for longer, even overnighters. A half full poacher really don't feel quite right but is necessary for colder days and longer trips. If I use the poacher for short trips, I stuff it with a light puffy down jacket that fills it nicely and comes in handy when your sitting and your bones start to chill. I can't fit the gear i need for a cold day into the heli pro. Hope this helps =-)
