Stomping Grounds:
In my cube or Where ever the snow falls -
Bio:
Working for the man to fund epic ski trips. Maybe one day I'll just quit and become a ski bum. I didn't think that would be possible before steepandcheap made me think I could afford pimp gear on a gas station attendant salary.
Offseason I'm usually busting myself up biffing it off my mountainbike. Chics dig scars and it keeps my quads rocking for the season.

Wise men
Oakley Wisdom Goggle DO NOT USE
December 30, 2008
My brother (the psycho) and myself rocking Wisdom with high intensity yellow lenses on a very flatly lit early season day at Solitude. You can see how they gap a bit on the sides on his marker brain bucket. I have the same effect with my trusty ole giro 9 but you can't really tell because I threw a head condom on.

I have a gigantic dome piece. 62cm. I tried the XL on in a store and feel like I need an XXL. However, nobody carries the damned things. Any idea on if you guys will have one and if so when perhaps?
Thanks.

Icebreaker BodyFit200 Legless Pant - Men's
February 9, 2009
haha. The combo of ice breaker, cloudviel, and shell keep me very warm, but my knees do get cold at times. I think you will really love these pants. They are comfortable, warm even when wet, stink proof and light. I'll never use another base layer again.

Icebreaker BodyFit200 Legless Pant - Men's
February 9, 2009
These are as comfortable as they get and super light. I wear as a shorts + Pants combo under a pair of cloudviel run don't walk boxers under my ski pants for very colder conditions (10 to -10). and the comfort is divine. What kind of weather are you be running in?

G3 Spadetech Elle Shovel - Women's
January 13, 2009
How do you design a Shovel Specifically for women? Does it have a tampon holder or something? I mean, just making it smaller doesn't really equate to female prone.

POC Lobes Goggle
January 7, 2009
DARK. They are for bright sunny days. And on those bright sunny days I still keep another pair in my pack. Later in the afternoon, when the sun dips behinds the peaks, or is low enough to cast a lot of shadows, you are going to want to go with goggles with less tint in the lens.

How difficult is the lens change? I have the Special edition all-blacks and they are pretty dark.

Arc'teryx Hercules Hooded Fleece Jacket - Men's
December 29, 2008
I've not noticed any cuff issues. However, I usually wear this under a shell and when I don't I usually have glove gauntlets over the cuffs. However, there are times I don't, when its light-glove weather, and I've not noticed and drafts.

The waterproof/breathable rating isn't stated. Can anyone comment on the waterproof rating? The breathable thing should be taken care of via the side vents/zips. Thanks

I carry my boots on it, not in it.I velcro the straps together and hang it over the top and cinch the clips around the boot. It works pretty good from the car to the lodge.
