I recently competed in my first 50 ultramarathon. A cold snap moved in a few days before the race so I ordered these pants. I have also in the past had trouble with my knees at mile 18-20. So I bought these pants for double duty, warmth and muscle and joint support. Let's just say they work very well in both areas. I cannot say my legs didn't hurt after running 50 miles (yup, i finished), but they did hurt much less than when i have run regular marathons in shorts. These pants support muscles and joints to minimize movement on impact. The pants are a little spendy, but are they worth it? Absolutely yes!

Very nice pair of glasses. The Trail glasses fit a little wide, so i returned them for the Instinct with the same photochromatic lense. The lenses are very nice, excellent for trail running. Definately recommend the Trail model (if you have a larger head).
