Polar RS200 Heart Rate Monitor

October 2, 2008

Neither, there is a strap that you wear around your midsection, just below your chest, and it transmits your heart rate to the watch with a wireless signal.

Polar RS200 Heart Rate Monitor

March 23, 2008

A lot of my running friends have had issues with the build quality of the nike watches, bands breaking and the like, I would personally go with a polar or a timex.

Great jacket

GoLite Cruise Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 December 7, 2007

I use this jacket for both running and cycling as well as just when I'm out and about. It's great for temps between about 40 down to 10-20 as long as I layer underneath. The most versatile wind proof layer I own with the small pit zips to vent off that little extra heat. It fits me pretty snugly with a couple of layers, but still provides great movement. I got the Medium and I'm about 5'9" 145. Any larger and it would be flapping in the wind when cycling, so I'm very pleased with the fit.
