Merrell Trail Glove Shoe - Men's
September 28, 2011
I've had mine soaked a number of times and though they don't dry especially fast, they do stay comfortable. Don't buy them with water use as your primary goal, but don't shy away from the water if you do get them.

Outdoor Research Transcendent Down Jacket - Men's
December 28, 2008
I actually own this jacket, and I disagree: it is very much an athletic fit. I normally wear a Large in OR sizing and had to step up to an XL to fit my chest in this jacket. It is down, and puffier than fleece, but it's certainly not Michelin Man-esque.
