The bowl measures exactly 1 teaspoon. I checked it by pouring water from two different sets of half and one teaspoon measuring spoons (4 different measuring spoons). It holds ONLY two half-teaspoons or one whole teaspoon.

Only one entrance/exit

MontBell Breeze Dry-Tec U.L Sleeping Bag Cover

It's hard to see in the single photo provided, but there's no entry/exit closure like a zipper or velcro, except going out the top of the bag. That was a deal breaker for me. Everything else about the sleeping bag cover was great and would have been perfect, except for that one detail. I was sorry to have to return it.

6 inches tall bathtub sides, hexagonal shaped - 6 sided - 55 sq.ft. floor, according to GoLite's website. I think the actual length of each side is approximately 4+ ft as the floor is adequately and comfortably large, but not huge.

Works even when there's nothing else

Amazing little things. Ate 4 total with water over many hours. Worked very well, no fatigue, no digestive difficulties. Mountains in India - 6 hours hiking up, spending 7+ hrs on a mountaintop in wet, icy, freezing cold conditions, and getting down again. I only had water as my other nutrient as the available food options didn't work out for me.

Mountain Hardwear Zipper Repair Clamp

1) yes, zippers can be replaced...at home. This kit doesn't replace a broken zipper in the field.
2) The most common problem with zipper failure is a worn out slider. If the zipper coils are not meshing together properly, it is usually because the inside of the slider is worn. This kit makes easy repairs until you can get home and replace the zipper.

Bear Vault - current approved areas

Bear Vault BV500 Bear Resistant Food Canister

BearVaults are NOT approved for use in the NY area because there is a bear in the Marcy Dam area of the Adirondacks in upstate New York that has learned to open BearVault food containers. BearVaults are approved for use everywhere except the area encompassing the Lake Colden/Marcy Dam corridor and the Johns Brook valley in the Adirondacks.
As far as I know, the Adirondacks bears are not holding classes for bears in other areas.
