I think you'll need the 110, unless you want to bend them. The 92's are already a tight fit on my 88 waist Waybacks.

No way is it too long at your size. These are significantly stiffer than B3s or Explorers and are going to require more user input. They will reward good technique with much better control. Get centered and forward on them, don't let them ski you around. Mounting further forward could be helpful for you too.

Yep, that's pretty much the whole point behind these bindings--no slop. They'll behave just like alpine bindings when in ski mode.

I doubt it. The limits are a bit conservative, but probably not by 10 mm.
