After researching outdoor packs without being able to physically "size them up" in a storefront, I ordered from this site. The order arrived not only in good condition, but earlier than expected. A nice surprise! Unfortunately, upon physically handling the pack for the first time I realized it was larger than I estimated and I decided to return it. This site's policy of "customer satisfaction 100% guaranteed" made the decision to return it easy, but, in all honesty, I anticipated incurring the hassles that customers typically experience. I am very pleased to report that both the purchase and the return were extremely smooth, hassle-free transactions. I am sure to do business with this site again, as well as tell my friends that the excellent customer service they expect from all but receive from few, can be found here!
