Great "no taste" bottles

CamelBak Podium Water Bottle - 21oz

CamelBak Podium Water Bottle - 21oz

Rating for this product: 5 August 25, 2009

These bottles do exactly what the description says--they hold water and don't taste like car tires on a hot day. I was worried that the BPA-free plastic would be too hard to squeeze while biking, but these turned out to be just as easy as a normal bottle. They are easy to use, stay mold-free (for me, at least), and they lock so you wont accidentally leak water in your pack on the way to the trail. The only gripe I have is that it is impossible to get the last bit (maybe 50 mL) of water out of them. Overall, great bottle: I will buy more as soon as they are in stock again.

SICK JACKET!

Backcountry.com Siphon Wool Hooded Jacket - Men's

Backcountry.com Siphon Wool Hooded Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 May 28, 2009

This is quickly becoming my favorite jacket to wear around town. Awesome material and great looks means I get compliments all over and technical details (the inner cuff is a nice touch) means that I can use it on the slopes. It fits just like everyone else has said: a little snug and it could be longer in the torso, but it has long sleeves and a hood that fits rather well. I'm 6'1 155lbs, and the medium is a little short, would probably go for the large next time.

Way too long...

Backcountry.com Backcountry Logo T-Shirt - Men's

Backcountry.com Backcountry Logo T-Shirt - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 May 27, 2009

Decent shirt: good quality, good looks, good fit, but it's way too long! I bought a small (I'm 6'1" 155 lbs.), it fits well (not too snug, not super loose), but the shirt is about 6 or 7 inches too long. Good if you like extra long shirts or if you like the option of not having to wear shorts.
