Love those early morning powder days and pretending like I'm good in the park. Single track during the summer keeps me busy too.

Decent Bag, but colors of pics are off

DAKINE Fall Line Double Ski Bag

DAKINE Fall Line Double Ski Bag

Rating for this product: 4 November 25, 2009

Just picked up this bag and it seems like it's pretty durable, we'll see how it handles once I actually head out to Denver by plane for some skiing.

A word of warning to those of you who are thinking about getting the Bomber color, its an dark olive green trim not really gray like in the picture. And white is really not that white, it's more of a tanish-olive color as well. I ended up sending it back and got the Patches color scheme instead, should look a little better hopefully!

Love these pants

Salomon Supernatural Pant - Men's

Salomon Supernatural Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 March 18, 2009

This is actually the second pair of Salomon Supernatural pants I've picked up. I got the 2007 model last year and they've held up really well. Big props to the qaulity, function, and design of this pant. I'm a huge fan of the venting the inner thighs, helps me cool off better than jacket vents. The stitching at the crotch is starting to come undone on my old pair after a season and a half, but I think that's because I picked a small size and just didn't fit me that well, and put too much stretch on the seams (I have a 32 waist but I wear shorts underneath my pants so the small wasn't big enough). This time I picked up the medium and the sizing is perfect for wearing under-layers, and the baggy-ness is just right. Also another note, on the Peat Brown model, the blue undertones show through a lot more than in the picture and looks super sick. Bottom line, buy it!

Hestra Ski Cross Glove

Hestra Ski Cross Glove

Rating for this product: 5 March 18, 2009

I picked up these gloves at the end of 07/08 season, and I'm still using them today. I'm pretty picky about the gloves for look and quality and these are BY FAR the best gloves I've ever used. I've always had problems with my hands getting cold because of perspiration, but these gloves breathe like none other! The dexterity of the leather has been great so far, and the none of the stitching has come undone yet. The leather does darken a little after you rub the balm on them to keep the leather in good condition, but to me that's no big deal. You won't regret picking up these gloves!

Rossignol SAS 110 Sensor3 Ski Boot - Men's

March 5, 2009

Not true, I wear a 10.5 in mens and a 27.5 fits me perfectly. Much better to go try it on instead of just going by sizing measurement because you never know what will fit you best.

Steezy Jacket

Orage Thrilla Insulated Jacket - Men's

Orage Thrilla Insulated Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 March 5, 2009

I've had a chance to use this jacket twice on hill now, and its been living up to its expectations. I especially like the bigger cuffs to make it easy to get your gloves on and off. In my opinion it has the perfect baggy fit without looking like a fifth grader with the hand-me-down adult jacket. I'm 6 foot and 160 lbs and the XL fits me a little big, but I wanted to get that extra room and length so its been perfect for me. Best of all its just a sweet looking jacket. Won't be disappointed!

Electric EG2 Goggle

January 2, 2009

Does anyone know if that little pouch on the goggle strap can come off for the white model? I'm pretty sure they don't have a buckle to undo the strap but I can't tell how the pouch is attached. I guess if worse comes to worse you could just cut it off...

Supernatural Pant is pretty sick

Salomon Supernatural Pant - Men's

Salomon Supernatural Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 March 4, 2008

First pair I ordered had a cut on the leg (looked like from packaging process) so I called up this site and they shipped another pair off to me right away. Good quality although they should be considering the price. Definitely a sick looking pair of pants. Had the chance to ride in them last weekend and they were sweet. Even on semi warm days unzipping the vents helped keep me cool. Wouldn't want to wear these on really warm spring days though since they have a thin layer of insulation to them.
