I have their contact wool bottoms, and you just wash gentle on cold and line dry. Although I've done 15 minutes on the underwear cycle with no issues, but buyer beware.

Lafuma Warm 'n Light 800 Sleeping Bag: 30 Degree Down - Women's

I wore lightweight wool tights and a synthetic top to bed, low of 35 or so in the mountains, pulled the hood as tightly as I could - and I got too warm. Loosened it a bit and was fine. However, this left-zip bag (my boyfriend has a 1000g Lafuma synthetic right-zip) had the zipper at the bottom instead of the top, so we couldn't zip up together. This was very disappointing, and I suppose I'll have to pay someone to fix it.
