great running shorts

Mountain Hardwear Solano Short - Women's

Mountain Hardwear Solano Short - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 April 23, 2008

These are my favorite go-to running shorts. The waistband is flat, adjustable, and not too high. When I run, they neither ride up, nor do they sag down. They are a bit on the short side, which I like for running, but I definitely cannot climb in them. I find them to be true to size (I'm a size 8 and the medium works). Oh, and they're pretty flattering, too!

nice climbing pants

Mountain Hardwear High Step Capri Pant - Women's

Mountain Hardwear High Step Capri Pant - Women's

Rating for this product: 4 April 23, 2008

These are my favorite pants to climb in. I love that the waistband is wide and flat and there are no pockets, buttons, drawstrings, etc. They're stretchy and comfortable and look pretty good on. I would have given them 5 stars, but for 2 things: 1) these pants get a lot of wear / washing, and fabric at the seams is pilling like mad, and 2)the lower leg flares out a little bit below the knee and maybe I'm vain, but I think they'd look better if they just had a straight leg. Recommended for anyone looking for no-fuss, really good - feeling climbing pants.

Great Skirt!

The North Face Overboard Skirt - Women's

The North Face Overboard Skirt - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 September 20, 2007

I love this skirt. It's the perfect length, not too short, not too long. The fit is perfect, too, sits just right below the waist. Looks cute, dries quickly, highly recommend it! The fabric has no give, however, so be prepared for it to feel tighter when you sit down...
