I'm a student at Regis University School of Pharmacy in Denver. I've ridden professionally in the velodrome and seen alot of this country and the world on my bike. I live to ride, climb, hike, backpack, photograph and overall just enjoy the great outdoors.

I don't own this particular jacket but I will tell you that ArcTeryx is expensive for a reason, it's the best gear out there, bar none.

I'm 6'2", 180 and I have a 40" chest and I wear a medium. I like the closer fit as a Large was just too baggy. Hopefully that helps.

I've never had that problem. I would say if you are worried maybe duct tape a small towel on the car where it is touching to prevent anything from happening.

I've used superfeet with just about every type of shoe and never had problems. As for the minimalist spirit I say whatever. If being minimalist means ruining your feet than you might as well go barefoot.

Everything is made in China now. By the looks of my Canadian built jacket next to a current China built jacket I wouldn't be concerned the build quality looks exactly the same.
