good for the chilly active outdoors

Outdoor Research Novo Watch Cap

Outdoor Research Novo Watch Cap

Rating for this product: 5 December 12, 2011

Keeps you warm not hot while moving on a cold run or climb. Most beanies become to hot for aerobic activity after the first few miles. The ear tips stay tolerable under this thin cap. Fits under a helmet with out feeling bulky. If your are looking for something to keep you warm while you watch the snow pile up move on.

Ultra Lite Light

Petzl e+LITE Emergency Headlamp

Petzl e+LITE Emergency Headlamp

Rating for this product: 5 February 13, 2011

Good pick for all the light back packing weight weenies out there. I use the e+lite as a primary lamp, good for a late night set up or to read the next days profile. Features/performance per oz can't be beat. Typical Petzl high quality. The red lamp is much less disturbing around any camp-mates. I use a more powerful and stable lamp (Petzl MYO XP)for fast pace night activity running/xc ski.The ball and socket mount on the e+lite tends to move around a bit with hard jarring.

Thule Ride-On Adapter

Thule Ride-On Adapter

Rating for this product: 1 August 3, 2007

Save the money and buy the complete system for your vehicle. Not the typical THULE product quality. I am scared to use it with MY bikes. I have 4 THULE rack systems on 4 vehicles. I can't get much information from THULE on load ratings for this product.
