Great fabric and styling.

Isis Skyline V-Tank Top - Women's

Isis Skyline V-Tank Top - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 August 9, 2011

I didn't want to write this review because I want to hoard all the Skyline V-Tanks for myself. As it is, they're out of my size, so my loss is your gain. :) The best feature of this tank is the band on the shelf bra - it's not too constricting and made of the same soft fabric as the rest of the tank. The tank wicks well, although it's difficult to evaluate this when you work out in a high humidity environment. I've worn this for Iyengar and vinyasa yoga, and running. For running in steamy conditions (85 degrees, 80% relative humidity) I'd probably prefer something a little lighter than this fabric.

Black Diamond Shiva Alpine Touring Boot - Women's

February 23, 2010

I have the 2008-09 version in mondo 23.5 and a size 6.5/7 foot. I feel that these do run small, or at least the model I have do.

Deuter Freerider 22 SL Backpack - Women's - 1350cu in

March 31, 2009

Does anyone know whether this pack can carry skis in an A frame, and whether this pack or the women's Ortovox Free Rider Pack has a shorter torso length?

Marmot Diva 55 Backpack - Women's - 3200-3400cu in

Marmot Diva 55 Backpack - Women's - 3200-3400cu in

The lack of torso adjustment really hit home for me. I'm a short woman, but I'm not abnormally short legged or short torsoed, and while I haven't measured myself for a pack, I thought it was reasonable that a small pack would be a good fit. Wrong. The allegedly 16" torso for the S was too long and could not be adjusted. Moreover, the "removable" top cover design was really weird and made it a little challenging to adjust the shoulder stability straps. The pack also lacks side water bottle pockets, so mine were clipped on and swaying as I walked, although the pack is supposed to be hydration pack compatible (I didn't test this).
The pluses for the pack are the separate sleeping bag compartment and mesh pockets on the waist belt.
