The North Face Pumori Fleece Jacket - Men's

For those looking for a TNF fleece jacket that is zip-in compatible as a liner with TNF jackets, this Pumori is. (The Backcountry product description fails to include this information.) I have had one in black and one in green for about 3 years and am very happy with both and use almost exclusively as liners for my TNF ski jackets on very cold days. It's not wind or water proof so better to use this jacket by itself on less cold and less windy days around town.

Tim, buy one size smaller than you normally wear and it will fit perfectly. I own 3 ROC jackets and they are all one size smaller than what I would normally wear. I don't know why, but these do run large. Normally I wear a large (if not XL) and all 3 of the the medium size that I own fit perfectly. This tells me they all run large. Buy a ROC jacket, you'll really like it....GTB

Comfortable/Wicks/Includes Fly for Men

SmartWool Lightweight Bottom - Men's

These Smartwool lightweight baselayer bottoms wick very well, keep you warm and fit very well. They are also more comfortable than synthetics. I have not experienced any odors. I was concerned that the wool fabric would hold sweat, but this is not the case. A previous review criticized the fact that these have a fly. I don't know about you, but when I am on the mountain skiing or riding, the last thing I want to do is drop my ski/board-wear pants/bibs every time I need to use the restroom.....duh! You won't go wrong with these Smartwool baselayers, I'm ordering another pair.

Great Jacket but Buy Smaller Size

Columbia Roc Jacket - Men's

This is my 2nd Columbia ROC jacket. Bought my 1st one in different color at a local store. This is a comfortable, good looking, casual jacket, BUT... buy a size smaller than you normally would. This jacket runs large. I normally wear a large/xlarge depending on cut of article & the medium fits perfectly.
Also used the online help & it was, indeed, most helpful.
