I absolutely love my Droms! Not to mention the handle and the ease of use when filling them. When empty it easily stores away. When the source is questionable (chunks and Junk) I stuff my MugMate coffee/tea filter by MSR in my Drom to filter large sediment. It's a tight fit, but thats what you want and it works nicely as a pre-filter! The added webbing on the, around the outside of the newer drom bags has made it convenient to attach to the outside of my pack versus stuffing up and taking up room on the inside of my pack.

Hands down a must have if you own ANY of the drom bags. Fits my Dromlite as well as my Dromdary's The bite valve, shut off valve is simple and easy when in need of a sippy! Get hydrated on the go ya know!? Big fan of this one...

Simple with options... Keeps the crack covered from the seeing eyes of nature. Your local chipmunk will approve! A nice multiuse item..

Bora, I believe its name derives from the Greek mythological figure of Boreas‚ the North Wind. I most definitely felt the north wind on a 2 month long southern Patagonia trip living day in and day out of my Bora 65 pack. I had my Bora loaded, weighing in at 18Kg. (39.6lbs.) at the start of the Torres del Paine circuit.. This pack was just as comfortable on day one as it was on day seven, That being said... I am a big fan of the Bora. This piece was made in the Phillippines and I feel as though Arc'teryx did a fine job overseeing the quality of this pack.

Im a big fan of MSR and have been since my early days spent in the backcountry. I based my recent purchase of the Dragontail tent on my previous purchases of the MSR brand. Im very happy with MSRs performance and quality. I have no plans on giving up on the MSR brand, but I will say I have a pinch of disappointment in the Dragontail tent, by its self. I set it up 4 times on two different backcountry accesses recently in the Grand Tetons and was awakened in the early morning three out of the four by the condensation on the interior walls of the tent as the early morning breeze rattled the Dragon in the north western part of Wyoming. Flow through vents wide open, If I might add. During the third set up I found a small crack in one of the tent poles, how and when it may of happened is totally beyond me. The poles that come with this tent were different from the poles on my other two MSR tents. They where lighter, (which I like) but much weaker (I dislike.) I had also noticed that these poles even held some memory, curvature after setting it up and tearing it down a few times. This tent has 8 points for guy lines, MSR supplied 2. I realize conditions and situations play a part but, this one seen the first season of my offerings and failed me.
