Rab 100% Silk Sleeping Bag Liner

It doesn't make sense to me that the Rab cotton sleeping bag liner is the weight of other manufacturer's silk liners, and Rab's silk liner is the weight of other manufacturer's cotton liners. Is the coton really only 4.7 oz? And the silk really 12.3 oz?

Great excercise tights

Icebreaker Icebreaker GT180 Strider Tight - Women's

These tights have a perfect fit (not too tight) and breathe really well during strenous hiking and yoga activties. Unforuntately, after the second wash they accidentally went into the dryer and are now "see-through" and form fitting. I contacted Icebreaker and they said that since this is one of their lightest wools, a single experience it the dryer can indeed damage the fabric. So....now I have to buy another pair. I tried Smart Wool's mid-weight bootleg tights, but they are too heavy and too slim fitting and have a lower rise that doesn't work well for hiking and yoga. These are really worth owning.
