The fit on these are very true, multi-material construction alolows for flexibility and breathability. Blue stitching on the black shorts is cool, chamois is very supple/flexible. The longer you wear these on a ride the better they begin to fit (begin to feel very much like 2nd skin), great support for XC MTB'ing.

a little snug over the shoulders

Might need to get a larger size (especially if you are taller than you are taller than 6'). I am 6'3'' 190 lb. and I ordered the large; it fit great after stretch in period, the legs are quite tight and will take some getting used to. KISS is the best chamois I've had the opportunity to use!!!!!!
