The product that I ordered was perfect. It arrived in perfect time exactly how I wanted. This hat was impossible to find anywhere and I checked here and it was here in the size I needed and correct color. I would advise anyone to use this site because when I had questions the live chat was able to answer them without me having to be on the phone and wait. Great Service
