Felt some pressure on the forehead so thanks to Backcountry I was able to exchange it for a size up. Great looking helmet! Warm on the ears too...

Burton Sunny T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

I was looking for any company that had a skier or snowboarder graphic on their shirt. I came across this shirt and was sold on the graphic.

It will give you super powers

Gnu Street Series BTX Snowboard

Gnu Street Series BTX Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 March 4, 2011

Holy Crap! I thought the Pickle was the best board until I rode the Street Series. If you love park and pow this board is for you! My second time on this board I began landing 3's and 5's and hitting much harder rails that you had to ollie up to hit, which seemed more intimidating before. With this board you think about spinning and pressing and it just does it. I haven't taken it out on the pow yet but I'm sure the rocker will hold up as well as the Pickle did. I went down from a 156 to the 149! I'm 5"9 and 160 lbs. I'll be honest you will only run into 2 issues - not so stable at high speeds and for big jumps you have to land pretty centered or the board will wash out on it's tail being that it's super soft to make you super human for butters.

Eh

Foursquare Yeung Pant - Men's

Foursquare Yeung Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 February 15, 2010

One of the snaps popped off when just trying the pants on before getting on to the mountain. It had nothing to do with my waist line being that I always step up a size bigger because I like my pants baggy. The clip in the right pocket broke off that was holding my lift ticket the 4th day using them. Could just be bad luck or cheap product. Either way, I still wear them and they will do its job for now.

Where's the butter zone?

Line Afterbang Ski

Line Afterbang Ski

Rating for this product: 4 February 15, 2010

I had the Line Invaders and found them to be softer in flex than the Afterbangs. They're still a great set of skis for park, it would be nicer if Line added rocker and possibly magnetraction on em for next year. Overall best park ski out there for now.

Sick board

Lib Technologies Skate Banana Original BTX Snowboard

Lib Technologies Skate Banana Original BTX Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 February 15, 2010

I love the magnetraction. I tried my friends park pickle and it was amazing. I read reviews that the skate banana had an even softer flex. It's flexible and great for butter and has great pop, but it's no park pickle.

Quicker than traditional

Ride Contraband Snowboard Binding

Ride Contraband Snowboard Binding

Rating for this product: 4 February 15, 2010

I purchased this pair because the other contrabands are known for having the webbing come off. They are extremely annoying for setting up. I finally have them fitting perfect by my 3rd try using them. I think I might try Flow bindings next time, but for now they definitely lock in my toes and heels great. I would say they are a small step up form traditional bindings.

No palm support

Burton Support Glove - 09/10

Burton Support Glove - 09/10

Rating for this product: 2 February 15, 2010

Great for gloves, but horrible for its purpose. I would have liked the guards to be on both sides of my hand, or at least on the palm. They restrict movement and are uncomfortable.

Great Fit

Demon Snow Flex Force Pro Low Armor

Demon Snow Flex Force Pro Low Armor

Rating for this product: 5 February 15, 2010

I wore them for the first time today and forgot I was wearing them. They are not bulky at all. Fortunately I didn't fall on my a$$ today, but I couldn't test out the padding. I bought them for falling on rails and I'm sure they'll be fine. They are more snug than the Pro-tecs but could still by a bit more snug. I wish they came out with a pair that has snug fit that stretches, but what can you do. If you hit rails then I would highly recommend them!

Go a size smaller

Line Invader Alpine Ski

Line Invader Alpine Ski

Rating for this product: 5 February 24, 2009

The butter zones are amazing on these skis. Make sure to not get too large of a size, because then you will have difficulty hitting the hinge point for buttering.
