Well I lead an active lifestyle to stay in shape for my job as a law enforcement officer. I enjoy trail running and recently have picked up lightweight backpacking. It's nice to go out for a night with just a 20 lbs pack or so and get away. I also paddle the local rivers and have entered a few races with my kayak.

Used this back in the spring season in the Blue Ridge mountains. I made the mistake of not using a pad in combination with this bag and froze my tail off. I was wearing a layer and I believe the overnight low was around 48-50. The great thing about this bag is that it packs down very very small (which suits my ultra-light style). I just ordered the X950 Pro and we'll see how that one does with a little extra insulation and a small pad.

Overall the X650 is a good lightweight bag I would use only in warmer weather.
