NEMO Equipment Inc. Morpho 2P Tent: 2-Person 3 Season

NEMO Equipment Inc. Morpho 2P Tent: 2-Person 3 Season

Rating for this product: 5 December 22, 2010

Ample room, no moisture gets/soaks in, a breeze to put up, cake to fit back into the bag, & light weight. The only draw back that I can possibly think of is you cannot pitch this tent indoors, on concrete, rock, or whatever solid substance without using rope and such, without the stakes in the front and back for tension the air poles will just fall over

Not recommended for Snowboarding

Spyder Facer Windstop Glove

Spyder Facer Windstop Glove

Rating for this product: 4 December 22, 2010

Aren't bulky, are warm, probably great for skiiing. However I used them for boarding and wore the tips almost completely off in 1 season from dragging my finger tips on the snow occasionally. Decent price

Good but could be better

Burton Gore-Tex Under Glove - Men's

Burton Gore-Tex Under Glove - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 December 22, 2010

Have had these for a season or 2, found the it hard to fit the provided inner gloves inside of these gloves. The material is tough however not as tough as I was hoping, I drag my finger periodically while boarding & the finger tips are wearing through on the seams however my fingers have yet to get wet. I have also found myself constantly moving my hands/fingers trying to get/keep them warm on lifts. Good gloves, but could be better.

Arc'teryx Theta AR Jacket - Women's

Arc'teryx Theta AR Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 December 22, 2010

Gave this jacket as a gift, it was used up in CO for some snowboarding. The added length worked great for preventing snow from going up her jacket. This shell worked great in blocking the wind and also was not phased by any of the numberous wipeouts.

Mountain Khakis Original Mountain Pant - Men's

Mountain Khakis Original Mountain Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 December 22, 2010

I got 2 pairs of these pants to use for work & play, I figure why not kill 2 birds with 1 stone. I heard from a friend how good these pants were, but unfortunately did not heed his warning. He told me to buy these from a store where you can actually try them on prior to purchase since they seem to vary in size for the same size. Got my 2 pairs: one pair is a tad snug around the waist and the other is a perfect fit. So long story short: Great pants, sizes are off from pair to pair so be prepared to return some.

Burton Poacher Insulated Pant - Men's - 09/10

October 12, 2010

This isn't really an important question, but the stripes on the white ones, are those grey and black alternating or grey and navy alternating? It is just hard to tell

Arc'teryx Gamma MX Hooded Jacket - Men's

April 17, 2009

I have used the upper arm pocket to hold cash or my ID just to keep it by itself, so it isn't anything amazing, but it has saved me a few seconds. Anyway who doesn't love an obscure pocket to put random things in?

Did the trick

Arc'teryx Tau Pullover - Men's

Arc'teryx Tau Pullover - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 February 2, 2009

I bought this piece to wear under my Gamma MX Hooded jacked when I go boarding. I went boarding last year and froze, and went again this year to the same place and stayed toasty. I only got cold once on a slow lift in the rain at night, so I would recommend it. I got a medium and it fits great under my large Gamma MX

Mountain Hardwear Epic Jacket - Men's

Mountain Hardwear Epic Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 February 2, 2009

I got this jacket as a gift and love it. I climb radio towers and in cold windy weather it does a good job blocking wind and is tough enough to not tear on the galvanized steel towers. My only complaint is the zipper on the vent under the arms is causing friction and the flap of material covering the zipper is wearing through.

Not their best

Arc'teryx Classic Beanie

Arc'teryx Classic Beanie

Rating for this product: 3 January 2, 2009

I have a good number of beanies and quite a few of them Arc'teryx. This beanie isn't anything special; standard materials & standard feel. But it is a warm hat, the wool is just a bit itchy for me, I would recommend a different Arc'teryx beanie unless you are partial to wool.

Arc'teryx Tau Beanie

Arc'teryx Tau Beanie

Rating for this product: 5 December 29, 2008

This hat is a great buy, it starts out a tad snug, but after wearing it a few times it loosens up a bit to fit your head just right. It is also more wind resistant than normal beanies so i would recommend it for winter activities

Arc'teryx RHO LTW Beanie

Arc'teryx RHO LTW Beanie

Rating for this product: 5 December 29, 2008

These beanies are surprisingly warm for how thin they are, they are extremely light, light enough to for get you have one on, and they fit great. So not what you want if you are looking for a winter hat, also does not cover all of the ears

Arc'teryx Covert Beanie

Arc'teryx Covert Beanie

Rating for this product: 5 December 29, 2008

This is a great light weight hat. It keeps my head warm even when it gets snow matted to it from a boarding crash. But it leaves the ears a bit uncovered. Over all a great beanie though

Oakley Wisdom Goggle DO NOT USE

Rating for this product: 5 December 29, 2008

Great goggles, strap is easily replaced and lens is durable. Only problem i have had was having ice form on the outside of them, but goggles aren't made to prevent that
