Actually this piece is quite different from the rest of Icebreaker line. It is in the new BlackSheep collection- it is a fine gauge sweater collection meant for casual wear and not technical aspects. I loaded a pic of a model with the hood up.

Earthen is a heathered brown, no red tint.

These puppies were made for running. I have worn mine in temps from 20-50 and they are great! They stay in place- no funny low riding.

Merino socks are the warmest for you feet! You can also look at the mid weight hikers- they are thicker and have more merino so you feet are even warmer.

The BF200 leggings will fit a little tighter because the fabric is thinner so I would say go with the same size. You can also check out the GTBaselayer bottoms- they have a touch of lycra for a little more stretch.

It is 100% merino so it will not be as tough as a shell in heavy brush. But it is a beefy fabric so it will hold up better than you think. If you are going into very gnarly terrain just throw a shell on over it.

And you don't need to wash it that often either- because it is jacket layer and because it made of wonderful merino wool!

And another tid bit- when you shear a sheep what comes off is actually called "fleece". Which is why Icebreaker named this stuff RealFleece.

It is more of a warm pink. There are no blue tones in it.

Yes it will cover your ears. But I would highly recommend looking at the Icebreaker Chase beanie- that is our lightest weight beanie and my go to for skinning. The other option would be the Pocket200 hat- it is a double layer for the warmer days.

I would put you in an XS.

It is approximately 200 gm/sq meter. It is a new fully fashioned knitwear line from Icebreaker. Feels like cashmere.

If you are an 8 in Lululemon you would be a med in the Rio pants.

I would go with a WS. I am 5'8 145 and wear a Med.

Hi Canuck- these are the lightest pants that Icebreaker makes. I think you will enjoy them for what you are doing. I have the capri style in the same weight and they breath great for aerobic activities.

It has a check pocket and a side stash pocket. The Quantum Hood is meant for technical layering and use. Check out the following Icebreaker styles for full zips with 2 hand pockets- Villa Hood, Lily Hood or the Cascade Hood.

It is a loose fit but the shoulder straps are not thick enough to completely cover your shoulders. Check out the BodyFit200 tank from Icebreaker- it is a slim fit but has wider shoulder straps.

Depends on your waist size- check out the size chart underneath the options on the top right.

I would go with a medium for a snugger fit or a large for a looser fit.

19 inches long and 9.5 inches wide. It is also a thinner single BodyFit200 fabric. It is delightful.

Hopper and Tech T Lites have the same fit. You should be fine with a Medium.

I own the women's version and I absolutely love it! The fabric is incredible- stretchy for a good fit and it has a wind resistant layer so it keeps the cold out. It also works very well in light rain- not as a technical jacket but as a casual one. Say it rains on you during a date and you need to get from the car to the restaurant...

Thistle is a light purple with white stitch.

They will fit a little different than the Lily. They are a much lighter fabric and they have an athletic fit so they will run true to size. They are designed for activities- running, yoga, etc so they will fit on the slimmer side.

Depends on how you want it fit. The RealFleece run true to size and are not a tight fit. If you want it bigger then size up. You are also going to find this offers a lot of warmth and you won't need to wear a lot underneath. Hope that helps!

I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the durability of Icebreaker. If you develop holes with in the first year (and it is due to a fabric problem) you can return the top.

It is more of a dark purple. The color on the Icebreaker website is more accurate.

You will have to try an XL in Icebreaker. Icebreaker stuff tends to fit slimmer. My man is about your size and wears an XL.

It is a regular fit. All SuperFine products have a regular fit. BodyFit is a slim fit. Most people to tend to be the same size in the SuperFine collection because it fits like casual wear.

Absolutely! It also has raglan sleeves which is great for backpacking. Plus you will look great on the trail!

The Bali Hood is a regular fit and the Quantum will have a slim fit. The Bali has two hand pockets and no reflective seaming so it is more casual than the Quantum which is typically used as a technical layer.

They are fairly short- about 2-3 inches. Unfortunately I don't have exact measurements. I wear this skort and they are not long enough to really be "down", they are a boy short fit.

It is actually not as bright as it looks on screen. It is a more muted red color. Maybe this pic will help.

The fit is actually a regular fit- looser fitting than the slim fit BodyFit Icebreaker range. It has more room in the body.
