Skullcandy and Smith = :)

Smith Skullcandy Single Shot Snap Fit Audio Kit

Smith Skullcandy Single Shot Snap Fit Audio Kit

I love my new Skullcandy earpads and helmet. One of the key features is the inline volume and mute button. I don't like to be anti-social on the lift and its simple to just hit the mute button on and then off again when I hit the slopes. The sound was better than anticipated and it was very comfortable

I'm in love with BD Trekking Poles

Black Diamond Trail Trekking Poles - 1 Pair

Black Diamond Trail Trekking Poles - 1 Pair

Rating for this product: 5 November 13, 2008

I went for these cheaper poles and I was not disappointed. I had never used trekking poles but quickly fell in love with these. They saved my knees and legs. They are light weight and the flicklock is amazing. I watched friends try to fix their twistlocks while I had no problems on the 22 mile adventure with mine. Can't say enough about these poles.

Keep these on hand as a backup.

Katadyn Micropur Purification Tablets - 30 pack

Katadyn Micropur Purification Tablets - 30 pack

Keep these on hand as a backup. Just got back from Mt Whitney and my MSR Miox had dead batteries. We bummed some of these off some hikers and they were great. I'll keep some in my pack from now on.

Recent convert to the Balaclava

Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Balaclava

Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Balaclava

Rating for this product: 5 November 11, 2008

This was a life saving piece of gear on a recent trip to Mt Whitney with 30 mile per hour winds. I'll always keep one in my pack for extreme cold. Looking forward to using it skiing this year.
