Arbor Draft 153

Arbor Draft Snowboard

March 13, 2009

This is my Arbor from a few years ago. Great board to just cruise the groomers and do tricks off of anything you come across to on the mtn.

Oakley A-Frame Goggle

March 13, 2009

If you get a chance to buy these lens, do it! Best overall lens for any condition except for the bluebird days. And my low profile glasses do just fine underneath my a-frames, but be sure to buy some Fog tech and your glasses will never fog.

Great Board

Arbor Draft Snowboard

Arbor Draft Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 March 13, 2009

Year after year Arbor keeps coming with the greatest boards. I already own three and have been riding them for the past 6 years. I got the last years model of the draft in a 153. This board is fun to use when your just out on a groomer day and just want to mess around popping off table tops, kickers and rails. For being a freestyle board and having a good amount of flex I can still handle this board at high speeds and it does well on fast turns and down double diamonds. But I don't recommend any freerider to go and purchased this board for steeps and powder. Overall, if you need a good "mess around" board this is a excellent choice and you can never go wrong with KOA design!

This board gives me the goosebumps!

Arbor A-Frame Snowboard

Arbor A-Frame Snowboard

Rating for this product: 5 March 13, 2009

All I can say is WOW. This board does an amazing job on steeps, tree runs, bowls, chutes, cliffs, groomers, and of course deep powder! I just had an epic day at my local mtn (Crystal Mountain, WA). Tons of fresh and the board handle like a champ! I was carving hard and fast on fresh tracks through chutes and trees and the board handle heel and toe side with ease. I was literally getting the goosebumps. lol This board will push you to your limits. I believe to get the greatest experience with this board you will def need to be an expert and have pretty stiff bindings. I ride a 162 with vans BFB boots and the old skool Burton Missions from 2004 but with the upgrade Skyback, ankle and cap strap. Great combo!

This Beanie is well worth the price!

The North Face WindStopper High Point Hat

The North Face WindStopper High Point Hat

Rating for this product: 5 February 14, 2007

I ride at Crystal Mt, Washington and for most of the time the snow is heavy but occasionally it does get light and dry. This beanie is by far the most comfortable beanie. From temps down to 10 degrees to 45 degrees it keeps your head and ears dry and when you are hot it absorbs and maintains your sweat. I have owned tons of beanies from many different brands, this one is my favorite! Pacific Northwest is the place to ride!

Perfect all around glove

The North Face Shorty Snow Glove

The North Face Shorty Snow Glove

Rating for this product: 5 February 14, 2007

If your hands sweat and get warm easy this glove is perfect for you. I ride at crystal mt in Washington where the temps are typically around 26-34 degrees and these gloves perform very well in wet snow conditions to regular conditions in the Northwest. If you ride in the rockies maybe these gloves wont be the best for winter season but defiantly a must for spring season. Overall, this glove is well constructed and for being a North Face; you cant beat the price for this glove.
