Marmot Power Stretch Full-Zip Fleece Jacket - Men's
January 3, 2012
I'm actually looking for a mid weight fleece, not a performance shirt that is my base layer. I want this product to be very warm, but also fairly form fitting, fit inside my hard/soft shell, be able to be worn by itself in cool weather, and be longer than average arm and body length. Thanks for the suggestion though, but that Arc'teryx shirt will be too thin and on my body, not an actual fleece jacket like I'm looking for. Any other suggestions? Thanks

Marmot Power Stretch Full-Zip Fleece Jacket - Men's

How is the length in the body and arms on this? Is it average, shorter, or longer than normal? I'm looking for a layer fleece like this that is form fitting, not too thick, still pretty warm, and longer in the arms and body as I am tall.

La Sportiva Miura VS Climbing Shoe
April 30, 2010
Well first of all, since you have a very narrow foot, you should be looking a different shoe than the katana. You should be looking at the Testarossa or possibly the Miura VS, with the Testarossa being the smallest, tightest fitting, most narrow fitting shoe between Sportiva shoes. They are extremely tight and narrow in the toe box, and the fact that they have laces means you can get them super tight and tiny if you need to, which would be good in your situation with your narrow foot. Also, the heel fits amazing, almost as amazing as the solution. The Miura VS though are a little more of a mid sized toe box shoe. With the velcro though, they have the ability to get pretty narrow and tight. So first look at the Testarossa's, then the Miura VS. Either way, your getting the best shoe in the world. As for sizing, I don't know how the Katana's fit in length, but I can give you some comparison fits so that you can make an educated decision. So I wear a size 14 in athletic shoes, 13-14 in dress shoes, 13 in Fiveten Anasazi's, 45.5 in Solutions, 45 in Testarossa's, and 45 in Miura VS's. So in Miura and Testarossa's, I wear about 2-2.5 down from my street shoe if that helps. Also, I fit my climbing shoes tight with my toes scrunched, but not ridiculous painful like some people. Hope that helps.

Five Ten Project Climbing Shoe
April 7, 2010
These fit fairly small. If you were a size 14 street shoe, you can't wear these. They only come in size 12 or smaller, and you would need at least a size 13 in these for a tight fit. They are small. Also they are very narrow.

Five Ten Team 5.10 Climbing Shoe
April 7, 2010
These shoes are crazy tiny. They are at least 1 size small, maybe 1.5. And they are super hard to get on, the opening is microscopically small and it's like wrestling with a gorilla trying to get them on. Also, they are fairly narrow for a 5.10 shoe. If you can get them in your size, they are amazing shoes though.
