I have an original Gamma SV which after 7 years of heavy use

I have an original Gamma SV which after 7 years of heavy use is showing its age. I would like to replace it. 2 questions.

1) Debating between Gamma AR and Vanta AR. What is the difference?

2) Has the sizing / fit changed since the redesign? I am 5'10" 180 and have a Gamma SV Med that fits perfectly.
