  • Stomping Grounds:

Anywhere - as long as it's not on concrete
  • Bio:

Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens. Not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a catalyst, a spark that creates extraordinary results.

I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge, myth is more potent than history, dreams are more powerful than facts, hope always triumphs over experience, laughter is the cure for grief, love is stronger than death.

If you follow your bliss, you will have your bliss, whether you have money or not. If you follow money, you may lose money, and then you do not have even that. The secure way is really the insecure way and the way in which the richness of the quest accumulates is the right way.

Better than a convertable...

Salomon Trail Runner Zip Tech T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Salomon Trail Runner Zip Tech T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 5 June 1, 2009

The fabric is great, very light, wicking, and has a SPF of 35. However, the best part of this shirt is the zipper, long enough to unzip and actually get some ventilation w/out looking like a triathlete. Nothing against triathlete's, but this shirt is made for trail runners.

Great for the gym (or socer field)

Sugoi RSR Performance T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Sugoi RSR Performance T-Shirt - Short-Sleeve - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 June 1, 2009

it's a great shirt, used it to run a 50K in the heat & hummidity, but it looks more like a socer shirt than a "running" shirt. Then again, I think that's one of the reasons I was attracted to it.

Simple - And no bloody nipples!

The North Face Velocitee Tank - Men's

The North Face Velocitee Tank - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 May 6, 2009

Lightweight compared to other shirts I've used, priced fairly, does its job and wicks the wet stuff away, doesn't dry as quick as some of the other shirts I wear, however, the most important thing is that it didn't give me bloody nipples after running for 3 hours (w/out bodyglide), so it's a keeper.
