Arc'teryx Delta LT Zip Pullover - Women's

Arc'teryx Delta LT Zip Pullover - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 March 19, 2007

This garment exceeded expectations. Originally, I bought one as heavier underlayer to use instead of my North Face poly. After wearing it, I had to go back and get another one b/c it was so great. I use it as a heavier base layer but also as a lighter second layer. The fit is fantastic and my North Face polys are collecting dust now. It breaths, wicks, and does all the tricks. Only down side is it does get that poly smell more than some items, but despite what other reviewers suggest, all the wool bases make me itch and sweat. So Delta, you rock!

The Best Ever!

Arc'teryx Stingray Jacket - Ski Jacket - Women's

Arc'teryx Stingray Jacket - Ski Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 February 21, 2007

This winter, I've turned into a real Arc'teryx fan. This is the best ski jacket I've ever owned. It has amazing construction: the perfectly taped seams keep the wind and snow out, and yet the garment breathes. It's comfortable, practical, resists dirt, and it's also stylish! For the first time I've found a jacket that combines practicality with style. In combination with my other Arc'teryx under garmetns, I'm ready for any winter weather, hot or cold, inbounds or backcountry. A total winner!!

Arc'teryx Stiletto Jacket - Women's

Arc'teryx Stiletto Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 5 February 21, 2007

This works even better than I had thought it would. Unique fabric and weave. Very warm, yet breathable on those days when I overdress. If it had been available in medium, I probably would have gone for it instead of the small, but in a way the tighter fit might just work better. I can still fit my Arc'teryx Delta underneath it on cold days. Also like the side zipper, which keeps my chin cozy.

66 North Iceland Tindur Technical Jacket - Women's

66 North Iceland Tindur Technical Jacket - Women's

Rating for this product: 2 February 21, 2007

While it looks good, this item is not nearly as warm as the company suggests it is. In fact, I don't find that it does a very good job of insulating at all. I've ended up relegating it to the warmer days that I'm just running errands around town. For serious activity, I turn to my Arc'teryx gear. While it may be a bit more expensive, it is more than worth it.
