Norrøna Svalbard Dri3 Jacket - Men's
December 2, 2010
I see this is an older question, but just to add fit info for other tall guys... I'm 6'4" and around 235, "somewhat athletic" build. Suit: 46 or 48 XL. I bought the Dri3 in size XL and I'm very happy with the fit. Body is not overly fitted, but is also not bulky, I can fit a fleece beneath it without feeling like a sausage. Sleeves and body are perfectly long enough and don't rise up much even when lifting arms overhead. So far I love the fit.

Marmot Amphibian Glove
December 3, 2008
Answer: In my opinion the fingers are on the short side and also the design of the fingertip was also unique which may have something to do with it (less wasted space to push fingers into). Hope that helps a little...Additional: I'm usually an XL in gloves. I tried these in Size L because I really liked the specs and L was the largest size I could find ANYWHERE... Although I normally wear XL, sometimes if I borrow size L gloves they are a little tight in finger length, but do-able. With the amphibians in size L I could barely close my fingers into a fist. agreed i normally wear a size L but in these i wear an XLUpdate 12-3-08: I was fortunate to snag a pair of these in XL at the end of summer. And will say that they seem smaller than 'typical' XL gloves. Particularly on the middle and index finger lengths.
