I love a challenge. I love being outdoors and active. I find my fix playing soccer year-round, mountain biking during the warm months, and skiing during the cold months.

Brad Withorn's Daily Skiing Gear
Created January 12, 2010
I ski the flat-lands of Michigan. Cold days for us are very, very cold. There isn't enough hill to work at making nice carves and playing in powder. There isn't a whole lot of opportunity to warm up during a 30 second run down the hill. Most of my gear is aimed at trapping heat in and keeping the wind out. What works for me is probably too much for those who get the workout of a longer run and some waist deep powder.
