Zipper and warmth

I am disappointed that I paid so much for the coat and the zipper constantly sticks. Also I bought a down jacket for 1/3 the price at Burlington Coat Factory that is just as warm. If it was not for the fact I threw out the receipt and box that it came in I would have returned it. I guess I took the word of some of the other reviews so I just believed I would want to keep it. I am now stuck with a $300.00 Lemon
