The longsleeve may be a little too warm, it will wick moisture but the long sleeves may be a bit hot....Not only will the long sleeves make it too hot, the 200 weight will way too much for the tropics....Looks for the 140 weight items or micro weight from Smartwool

I am 6'0 175 and I have the large...I use it for winter runs and ski trips...It fits snug to me....Since your 20 pounds less...maybe a medium, but your height might make it a little short to tuck in and stay in...
