Great Watch Bad Band

Suunto Observer Altimeter Watch

Suunto Observer Altimeter Watch

Rating for this product: 2 August 22, 2009

I have had this watch for 4 years now, and about every year plan on spending 100 bucks on a new band. For a $$$ watch! The band just breaks at the clasp. I cannot find a replacement band other than Suunto. So spend $400 buck on the watch and plan to spend $400 bucks on bands for 4 years, your cost will be $800, or $200 per year.

Oakley customer support

Oakley Crosshair Sunglasses - Men's

Oakley Crosshair Sunglasses - Men's

Rating for this product: 1 February 20, 2009

I will never purchase another Oakley product ever again. The buyer needs to be aware that if you do not pay full retail price for a product, Oakley will not stand behind the product and will not cover any warrenty items, even if it is sold by an authorized retailer such as Backcountry.

Backcountry always has great return policy. and will give you your money back if you have any type of problem.

But I would not purchase a product from a manufacture with this type of policy and poor support. It took me 5 calls, non returned to Oakley customer service department before anyone would even talk to me and explain why they would not cover my warranty issue.
