Not what I wanted

DAKINE Digital Case

DAKINE Digital Case

As a camera case, it is just fine and dandy. But the description made it sound like something you would attach to your waist belt and take on the slopes. Not so- One narrow strap on the back with snap button closure = flopping and sliding around. I used it as far as the parking lot, then just put the camera in my pocket.

Patagonia Capilene 2 Crew - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Patagonia Capilene 2 Crew - Long-Sleeve - Men's

As a base layer, it adds some warmth and can be used for casual wear as well. By itself, it would be comfortable to wear even in hot weather- the open knit mesh type construction allows you to feel the breeze on your skin. Super light weight, and seems kind of delicate but I have had no problems yet.
