Nice

Orage Hans Beanie

Rating for this product: 4 March 9, 2010

Really warm, but still breathable enough that you won't overheat.
And surprisingly comfy for the long days - something I don' find often in the tighter beanies.

Spyder Patsch Tech Softshell Jacket - Men's

Spyder Patsch Tech Softshell Jacket - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 March 9, 2010

Great construction. Much more water resistant than I expected, though a bit less wind resistant than I was hoping for.
The built-in hood was a bit tight for my helmet, but it worked, and fit very well without.
Surprisingly warm, though definitely not for use on the cold mountain days.

DANCE PANCE

Spyder Throw Down Insulated Pant - Men's

Spyder Throw Down Insulated Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 March 9, 2010

These pants are fantastic.
Fabric is rough and tumble. The insulation is thin but keeps everything well insulated. Had to use the vents well below freezing. Could be a bit more breathable.
The boxer layer, designed to let your drawers hang out, makes a good extra layer of protection from getting snow down your crack after a biff.

Review Title

Lafuma Sky Race Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Lafuma Sky Race Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 December 4, 2009

So far, these shoes are impressive. The big treads work great in the muck, but they are a bit slippery on wet rock (or maybe it's just my old Solomon's were like glue). At first, I was worried that they lacked a bit of arch support, but it's been fine thus far. The lacing system is surprisingly effective, and keeps you from mashing your toes in the downhills. Great ventilation (although now that it's cold, I need thick socks).

Fits well on factory racks

Yakima Fork Lift Bike Carrier

Yakima Fork Lift Bike Carrier

Rating for this product: 4 April 20, 2009

It fits very well on my 2009 Impreza factory rack.
Very little wiggle, and more solid than the upright fork systems that I'm just not a big fan of.
Easy to use, and lockable.
The only thing I'm not a big fan of is the rear sliding tray moves too easily (as in it slides back and forth when driving without a bike) and would be easy to steal, if anyone was so inclined.
